3. Civil liability insurance and insolvency guarantee
ACAVE requires its members to have civil liability insurance and protection guarantee in case of bankruptcy, according to Royal Decree 1/2007 that regulates package travel. Your money and your trip are fully protected.
4. Free mediation and arbitration service
In case of conflict, clients can resort to ACAVE's mediation service, a quick, friendly and free way to resolve incidents between the agency and the traveler.
