Mosque of Córdoba: One of the most impressive examples of Islamic architecture in Spain. Don't miss the forest of columns and the Christian main chapel. Visit Calahorra Tower: An important site to understand Córdoba's military history and enjoy unique views of the city. Equestrian Show: Exhibitions of equestrian skills, including classical dressage, jumping, and horse dances, often accompanied by music and elaborate choreography.

Casa Sefarad: An important place to learn about the history and culture of the Sephardic community, the Jews of Spanish origin who lived in the Iberian Peninsula before the expulsion in 1492. Synagogue of Córdoba: Built in 1315, it is one of the few medieval synagogues in Spain, famous for its delicate Mudejar decorations and Hebrew inscriptions. Visit to the Chapel of San Bartolomé: A former synagogue converted into a Christian church, located in the Jewish Quarter of Córdoba. It stands out for its Mudejar architecture and simple yet elegant interior.

Medina Azahara: Take an excursion to the ruins of this palatial city built by Abd al-Rahman III in the 10th century. Almodóvar Castle: A medieval fortress located about 20 kilometers north of Córdoba. A restored medieval castle with well-preserved towers and walls, offering panoramic views. Visit to an oil factory: Learn about the production process of olive oil, from harvesting the olives to pressing and bottling, with historical explanations and tastings.

Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs: A medieval fortress built in the 13th century that served as a residence for the Catholic Monarchs and as a prison. Salmorejo and Paella Workshop: Paella or perol cordobés and salmorejo are the region's signature dishes. Under the guidance of a chef, the group will learn how to cook them in a fun and educational way.
