Why organise your trip with a local agency in Barcelona?

We’re not a generalist agency that offers Barcelona as just another destination in its catalogue. We’re from here. We’ve been organising school trips for over 30 years and we know this city inside out.

We know which routes work best with groups of students. Which accommodation is most suitable for school groups. Which activities truly engage teenagers and which ones aren’t worth it. And we know those special spots that don’t appear in tourist guides.

That local experience makes all the difference: better-designed programmes, trusted suppliers we’ve worked with for years, and the ability to react immediately to any unexpected situation.

We’re right here in Barcelona, just a phone call away, with a 24h helpline always answered by a member of the team.

Our team was born and raised in Barcelona.

Frequently asked questions about school trips to Barcelona

When is the best time for a school trip to Barcelona?

Most school trips take place between April and June, when the weather is good and the academic year is winding down. September and October are also good options if you prefer to avoid peak dates. We’ll help you choose the dates that best fit your school calendar.

How many days are recommended for a school trip to Barcelona?

The most common option is 3 or 4 days, which allows you to see the essentials without rushing. If you want to add excursions like PortAventura or Montserrat, we recommend 5 days. We adapt the programme to whatever duration suits you best.

What does the school trip price include?

Our programmes adapt to each school's needs. You can choose a complete trip or just the services you need: transport, accommodation, meals, activity entrance fees and insurance. We also include complimentary places for accompanying teachers. The final price depends on the number of students, dates and chosen activities.

Is it safe to travel with students to Barcelona?

Barcelona is a safe city, very accustomed to welcoming school groups. We also know the city inside out: we know which areas are most suitable for teenagers, which routes to avoid and how to handle any situation. We have a 24h assistance phone line staffed by our team.

How is transport and accommodation organised?

We take care of everything. Depending on where you're coming from, we organise transport by coach, high-speed train or flight. For accommodation, we work with hostels and hotels used to hosting school groups, with shared rooms and common areas. Single rooms for teachers are arranged subject to availability.

Can you tailor the trip to the school’s objectives?

Absolutely. Whether you want the trip to have a more cultural, scientific, artistic or simply fun focus, we adapt the programme. We can also include specific visits linked to school projects or particular subjects. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend starting to plan 8–12 months in advance, especially if you want to travel in spring (April–June), which is the busiest season. We can manage trips with less notice, but availability of dates and accommodation will be more limited.
